Christ Advocates Church is a non profit organisation caring on Christian church religious activities. Also a registered Charity with Head Quarters in London United Kingdom. and other branches across the globe.

An applicant who have completed this form is legally binding by this agreement which will be the terms of use of this work or volunteer application, or work placement training application. 

In the course of this application, every applicant is required to submit their CV and complete our application form for us to have basic detail of them which would assist us to know basic information about this applicant.

During this recruitment process, an applicant may take part in an initial screening for candidates who live overseas or initial assessment for candidates who live in a country where we have a physical presence for example in the UK etc. Applicants may also take part in an interview. Both the initials screening or/and initials assessment could be inform of self video introduction video or a selfie video with questionnaire as the case may be and as provided by the organisation or it could also be inform of a one on one in-person screening/assessment/interview or a virtual/remote/online screening/assessment/interview. Screening assessment could also be done in person in an open day, seminar at designated premises or site, in an event organised by Christ Advocates Church or the Church partners. Remote/Virtual/Online/ meetings; initial assessment or interview may be done using applications such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom at the discretion of the Church organisation. 

Christ advocates have the sole discretion on where, how and when an initial screening, assessment, or interview, open day will be held, and an applicant has a choice to attend or not. 

Christ Advocates church will not give any financial support for any one who may transport to any location for an interview or open day. This is solely the responsibility of an applicate.

 

Our interview, assessment, or screening could be at different level; 1st interview, 2nd interview and up to 3rd interview or assessment session. As requested by Christ Advocates management.  

A candidates has a choice to withdraw from this  assessment or interview process at any time. 

Some of our workers are being recruited to work virtually for the church as volunteers while some are recruited locally to work on site weekly for the church. 

After an initial screening, assessment or interview, whether it be in an individual, group  screening or group assessment, or in an open day meeting seminar at a physical premisses or in a one on one in-person or remotely online initial screening, assessment or interview,.

 

Christ Advocates Church management reserves the sole right to either to contact or never to contact an individual after a screening, assessment or an interview and in most cases a member of the Church recruitment team or management may write an email or call on the phone to inform a candidate if they have been successful or not to the next stage of an application process or interview or to be offered a role. Meaning, the church is not under any obligation to respond or contact any candidate or applicant at any stage of their application process, and will not be responsible or liable to or for any loss for not responding or contacting an applicant.

If a candidate has been successful, a member of the church recruitment team will be in touch to guide them on the next stage and assist an applicant with information regarding any further requirement on next step. 

If a candidate has been unsuccessful, they would have no right to appeal or contest this. This would be a final decision and Christ Advocates would not be liable in anyway for not selecting an individual.

Christ Advocates church is not under any obligation to select a candidate.

In some cases, a candidate/applicant who have not been successful may be admitted to join further training that will be sponsored by the church, inform of upscaling on relevant skills or vocational or non-vocational training or education to support a candidate/applicant to try apply for a role/same as previous or a different role. This training could be church ministerial training as provided by the church or skill professional training to support them to become employable at a global standard, which such professional trainings may be provided by affiliate companies in Tech, Fintech or healthcare. Such professional training is approved by the church or any ministerial training if approved by the church may be sponsored, partly or fully funded by the church. And other requirement may be requested from the applicant as communicate with an applicant by the church management. Further terms and conditions may apply through affiliate companies or the church or further work or training agreement may be given to an applicant/candidate in writing, and this could be digitally or in hard copies by church. or by  an affiliate company. This will be provided before any training starts if applicable. 

Some ministerial trainings by the church for the purpose of discipleship or advance assessment for church workers inform of example Sonsheep Discipleship Training may not require any further agreement as this may be considered a final assessment/training for those who have been shortlisted for a future ministerial positions or role at Christ Advocates Church. Successful selection of a candidate who will pass to be given a role after any or such training of assessment or interview will be at the sole discretion of the church management. 

Visa Work Permit:

Every applicant must have a valid residence status in any country they have applied to work or reside. If an applicant has applied to work in a country which they do not have a valid residence status like work permit, permanent resident card, or citizenship, this application may not be considered even if this candidate was assessed, screened or interviewed. 

Christ Advocates Church is actively seeking relevant workers, volunteers, charity, religious or minister of religion worker where we have relevant numbers of followers to meet requirements of our workers expansion. Only then we may consider some applicant who qualify and has demonstrated capability for any sort of work or work visas when and if available. 

An applicant may propose to work in a region, and we may recruit you for another region completely different from the location you have applied for based on the organisational volunteer or staff need, for example, you applied to be reviewed or interviewed for London United Kingdom and you live in Nigeria. Due to some barriers at the moment of your application if this organisation do not have a visa sponsorship licence at that moment of your application in that region, or may be we do not have a sponsorship licence or sponsorship allocation of COS/LMIA etc in that region available at that moment, after a successful interview, we may rather process your application for another country where you may be able to get a work visa or another country where you can already ordinarily work without a visa restriction.

At anytime, the church reserve the sole right to cancel a work or volunteer application at anytime to protect the work ethics, image, professionalism and entire health of the organisation without any explanation to an applicant. 

We will continue to update our work application policies and terms and condition. And all updated terms and condition on this site and updated policies shall apply to all applicants, including previous/old, new, ongoing, future applicants, local and overseas applicants.

The church does not work with a third party or any agent to recruit a worker whether a paid or unpaid. Or for local or overseas recruitment. If any one has used the help of an agent to process an application we are not aware and will deal with a applicant directly and not with an agent. Any loss or anything that may occur by an applicant dealing with an agent, is not anything we can help with and Christ Advocates Church will not be liable for such loss. 

Recruitment criterial may change

Our recruitment criterial may change at anytime without notice to suit our organisation goal and to enable us service the public and church members better. Recruitment criteria's could include our policies, and could also affect how fast or how slow we response to individual candidates. Some candidates who are not a match to the role they applied for may not be contacted even after they have completed or profile all application requirement. This is because we mostly have a huge volume of applicants and we prioritise activities that are progressive to/for our organisation. .

UK residence candidate:

They may be attending for initial assessment called open day in-person to evaluate factors to enable determination of their success in the application process and they would be able to discuss their personal situation for what the church provides for workers or volunteers on a long term or short term depending on their interest and the need of the church workers. After this open day, a candidate may request an outcome of their success to the next level and successful candidates will be contacted for interview, or extra review/assessment of their previous work experience and capabilities or for extra training if required or  starting date according to evaluation result. The church has no obligation to contact a candidate who have not been successful after screening, assessment or interview. As an applicant may not be contacted if they are not successful. 

Non UK residence candiate:
There would be a virtual meeting for individuals who live outside of UK and their screening is done differently. It’s a screening/prep/pre interview training rather than assessment or one on one interview. After this virtual/remote open day pre-interview screening, a candidate may request an outcome of their success to the next level. And successful candidates may be contacted on their performance and may be informed on the next step on their application. The church has no obligation to contact a candidate who have not been successful after screening, assessment or interview. As an applicant may not be contacted if they are not successful. 

Law region Europe

Any one who has applied to work with us and resides within, UK, EU, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, AMERICA, ISRAEL will all be subject to the laws of United Kingdom it doesn't matter whether they would be attached to work directly for Christ Advocates Church Ltd., London United Kingdom or other country which they reside which may be another European or North American country. And what ever disputes that occurs regarding this application must be treated and resolved by A court of law in the United Kingdom.

Law region Africa

Any individual who applies to work from or resides in other countries, including Africa, Asia and other middle east countries would be subject to the laws of our company in NIGERIA Christ Advocate Ministry/Christ Advocates Church Nigeria Chapter.

And what ever disputes that occurs regarding this application must be treated and resolved by A Nigerian court of law.

Christ Advocates Church reserves the right to report any applicant who demonstrate unwanted behaviour such as harassment, bullying, cyber bullying, insults against any of our staffs, or any of our Church leaders, any form of misconduct to both local and international authorities including the Police, immigration, embassies, home office, minister of justice in UK, EU, CANADA, AMERICA, AUSTRALIA, AFRICA OR ASIA etc.
